I've seen four Monarchs so far this year (5/20). I saw my first Monarch back in April, early April, (4/7 estimated). I kept waiting for more to arrive - which, of course, never happened.

I've seen a couple of Monarchs lay eggs on the milkweed, but there's no sign of development. Milkweeds appear untouched.

This time last year (5/20) my large garden of milkweed plants had been half eaten by all the Monarch larvae
