Just had to share that we saw our first Monarch of the season while we were celebrating my daughter's birthday! She just blew out the candles on her ice cream cake and a female glided on in and headed to the milkweed patch along side the garden. What a special present for her. We have been watching and waiting for so long now and now it is spring for us!
Temp in the low 90's...

They are back in our Monarch Meadow!
