I took my fifth grade math students to our lovely outdoor classroom. I looked up in the tall Tulip Poplar trees, because I saw movement. There were two Monarchs flying around about 25 feet up. They looked happy, fluttering about. It was exciting for these kids to have been with me, because they are the students who raised Monarchs with me in the beginning of the school year. Great day! :)
