Several times this month, what appears to be a male ruby throat with fairly dull plumage comes by when I'm watering my lawn. He perches near the spray for a light misting, investigates the flowers, and zoots off towards the wooded area adjacent the yard. I will attempt to get a feeder up soon as I think he is a resident.
