Today I saw my first adult monarch of the year in a field 2 miles south of Frewsburg on Frew Run. Could not tell if it was a male or a female but definitely a monarch! I stopped the car to get out and photograph two fox kits playing in a field and it flitted past me while I was watching them prance around. Life is good!
