One seen in Vicinity of Page Springs Campground, Frenchglen, Harney County, Oregon on June 3, 2013.

One also seen following day on Central Patrol Road, Harney County, Oregon. Southern part of Malheur NWR. Both confirmed by photographs, though distant and blurry, the field marks are unmistakeable (as reported to Norwest Leps-L by David Lee Myers June 10).
