I have my first butterfly eclose this morning from the eggs I collected on June 1. She is beautiful! I have 8 chrysalis, 3 caterpillars and 5 eggs so far this summer. I keep looking for eggs in all the milkweed patches in my neighborhood, but find nothing. I am lucky to find a few in my backyard gardens.
