I was just sitting outside watching the birds and other wildlife, and then I saw a faded monarch butterfly laying eggs all over my butterfly weed (in the milk weed family very nice orange flowers). I was watching her go from milkweed plant to plant until she found the right one. I grow different types of milkweed plants just for the monarchs. once she finished her laying of eggs she flew away.
