I have a patch of milkweed and have been watching for the monarchs. I have raised eggs in the past. Last year by May 26th I had 12 eggs. This year none so far. MY blossoms are just starting to open on the milkweed and was not able to see if the butterfly was a male or female. Found no eggs.
