Monarch Larva (FIRST sighted)

Date: 07/04/2013

Number: 1

Found a larva hiding during the heat of the day and brought him in the house to my daughters butterfly habitat. By the time we came home from fireworks it was working on its chrysalis. This morning we checked on it and the chrysalis...it was time. Looked it up and found out it was a monarch. It is still working on filling its wings. We will let it go in a few hours.
