This is the first time I have seen a humming bird in my life. I have been in this location for over 20 years. I spotted him feeding from my honeysuckle vine. He appears to dislike the moths and tries to chase them away. The moths are persistent so I put out a feeder the next day. Since then I have seen him drinking from the feeder numerous times and he seems to be avoiding the vine.
