On IOWA-INSECTS@list.uiowa.edu, Chris Edwards, a highly experienced lepidopterist from Solon, Iowa wrote: "I visited Lake Macbride in Johnson County [about 7 miles north of Iowa, City, Iowa] this afternoon to look for Byssus Skippers, but I didn't find any. In about 90 minutes of searching I saw the following: 3 monarchs [and a long list of other butterflies].
