Found a lone first in-star caterpillar in our large milkweed bed.

Removed an additional 100 plants that had finished blooming in hopes they will regenerate. The 128 plants removed 3 weeks ago have sprouted and are now 1 1/2 feet tall.

Hoping that some monarchs will head our way this summer but it's not looking good at this point.
