Finally. Saw a monarch. It was in my backyard, where I have many flowers and milkweed for them. It was very faded, and I did not get close enough to see the gender. It flew out over the fence, and 15 monutes later, another monarch came into the yard. This one was a new looking brightly colored one. I'm very happy. I had not seen one at all yet this year.
