Yes, it is a slow year. Released 35 Butterfly's from the first wave. From the second, I am currently raising 2 @ 3rd instar, 1 @ 2nd instar, 1 egg about to hatch, 4 eggs. The small cat's were all found on plants, I try to get the eggs but the heat and mosquitoes didn't allow me to look as closely as I like to. Tons of aphids this year, I do have a few Lady Bugs keeping areas bug free. Let's try to get as many back out there as possible! Raising them increases the population, natural loss is extremely high, and it's so easy.
