Still seeing Monarchs and Swallowtails here. I even watched one Monarch lay eggs on the common milkweed growing on the corner of my house. On the same day, I watched a Black Swallowtail lay eggs in my flowerbed. I have collected 58 swallowtail eggs in the last few days. I have raised and released 24 Monarchs this season. I just found one monarch egg and one caterpillar and I will be looking at more milkweed for eggs to raise again. The temps are getting hotter here, but I am thankful we had 3-1/2 inches of rain this last sunday.
