Male, Black-Chinned Hummingbird. And, possibly a female, Black-Chinned Hummingbird. Because the Female, Black-Chinned Hummingbird is so similar to the Ruby-Throated Hummingbird, it is not a positive ID. (The unidentified hummer does have a white belly with black specks on its chin.)
