Got a few photos. Counted about six. These were the first sightings of the year. I'm out hiking every day, and was keeping an eye out since I had heard they were late. They were hard to photograph, moved a lot and very quickly, but were fairly active around the milkweed in that spot, on the edge of Dundas Valley Conservation Area between a forested area and a cornfield. I'm a little surprised to see none all year and then six in one day, but I do vary quite a bit where I hike, so I might just not have been going to the right spot. I certainly did notice the milkweed was flowering the week previous, but no Monarchs.
