Ann Burkhart reports, "We were in the White Mountains this weekend and were excited to see monarchs at the Becker Lake Wildlife area along the riverwalk! Full of wildlife and some very happy monarchs. I spotted several milkweed plants along the trail (no caterpillars), lots of sunflowers that will no doubt be blooming by the end of August, and plenty of thistle. Oh, and a pair of mating monarchs."
