Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 08/13/2013

Number: 1

We have eggs again !!! A very small worn female monarch has showed up today, along with a small male monarch. I have found 3 eggs on my common milkweed so far, will have more time tomorrow.
We have a cool front headed our way tonight, hopefully some rain along too. It has been so dry & hot here, but I have been watering nectar & milkweeds. Temps were in the mid 90's today, light SW winds.
I found these two honeymooning on the ground, so I moved an empty butterfly cage until they were done.
