For the past week now, we've noticed many Sugar Maples and Sumac trees have begun to show their fall colors of scarlet reds, flame oranges and golden yellows. The other leaves have that old ragged look to them, as they begin to morph into their fall glory. We've also noticed large flocks of blackbirds and robins gathered together already! The local chickadees have come back from the woods, as well. At night the crickets and tree frogs have been singing their hearts out lately. All sure signs of fall!
