I netted two males today that were visiting my yard to nectar. I test Monarchs for Project Monarch Health so I netted them to take some samples. Both were faded and had tattered wings. I'll take a picture the next time I test some. This is the most that I have seen all summer. I had one female a few days ago. She was in pretty bad shape. One of her legs was broken and she was flying rather weakly.
