About 8 am, I observed a monarch nectaring on Gregg's blue mist flower in my backyard. When I returned home after work later in the afternoon, I watched a female as she visited the tropical milkweed in my garden. After a few minutes, a male monarch joined her and they flew in circles around each other a few times before flying away.
