First Monarch female sighted 8/14/13 laying eggs. First larvae cited 8/21.
Two mating monarchs on 8/21. Good amount of eggs on milkweed.
Note...I cut some of my old milkweed down in July. Monarchs are choosing
This new growth for their eggs.
