I identified the monarch today that has been nectaring for several days on my Gregg's blue mistflower as a male. One female has been staying close to the tropical milkweed in another part of my garden. From time to time, the male flies to the milkweed section to court the female. She has laid several eggs in the past day or so. This couple seems to be very happy in my garden!
