I still have quite a few hummers...males, females and juveniles. Last week was like a food fest! I have multiple feeders and have been making about 4 cups of nectar a day. But, I have to have decoy mini feeders out to feed the bees so the hummingbirds can get to their feeders. The feeders without yellow on them are doing the best but the bees are still finding the ports and crawling in and buzzing all around the birds. GRRRR......The feeding seems to have slowed a bit this week though, and I'm not seeing multiple males like I was fighting. I did see one today though.
