Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 08/26/2013

Number: 2530

We still have 25 to 30 humming birds at our feeders. They came early this year, in early June, and don't seem to want to leave. They are also working my orange glory bushes, petunias and cleomes. We have 6 feeders out that hold 12 1/2 cups of sugar water and they seem to be trying to feed all at once as if they are going to run out of time. They are such a joy to watch and I feel so blessed that they have been here this long. I will certainly miss them when they finally decide to migrate. I am already planning my flower garden for next year and hope they all return.
