In past years the first(earliest) Monarch was 06/30...usually I see first Monarch around 07/12-15...this year 7/29/13...this is the only one seen...no eggs found to date...many many Milkweed caterpillars...overabundance of them...we still have Milkweed in various stages of growth...a disappointing year...others have stated they have seen one or none at all
