Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 08/28/2013

Number: 40

Between 7:00 a.m and 10:30 a.m. I have seen a constant stream of humming birds. There have been three kinds. Plain brownish, Green and red throated. I do not know the difference between a male and female. I am a novice but enjoy. I have three hummingbird feeders with sugar and water (4:1). There is also a red rose bush nearby wer they feed as well. A red throated one just stopped. Sometimes two or three will come at once but they never land together to eat.
