I actually don't have the exact day but it's close and I didn't realize they were monarch's! We have not seen them in my yard before, we have lot's of swallowtail. I have a lot of milkweed I let go wild and tall grasses and flowers and trees. I also saw three of the caterpillars a couple of weeks ago crawling across my lawn. Boy they are beautiful!

I am certain they were monarchs. I can tell you they were nectaring on my flowers mostly, lilies, bergamot, petunias and just flying around the yard. I noticed
them prior to that day also but this is when I figured out they were Monarch's. My sister was trying to take pictures of them
but they don't stay still for long. I will see if she got any pic's of one for you. I don't recall seeing any since, but I am really going to pay much more attention now. We do have lots of milkweed!
