Found one 3rd-instar cat while checking another patch of milkweed in the old Brookside Airport field along 600 West in McCordsville this evening. No signs of Monarch activity on the majority of the plants; with a few exceptions, the common milkweed plants in this large field look great. Took the cat home for rearing.
