Saw 2 Brightly colored Monarch's today while I was cutting the dead flowers off of my Butterfly bushes. Wasn't able to see if they were Male or Female, but they are only the fourth and fifth ones we saw this year.
I do have 3 Caterpillars in the house until they become Monarch Butterflies. This is rare. By this time I usually have released 200 or more. Very strange year this year. Hope to see more next year.
