This form has found fault with my entry multiple times.

If you really want people to use it, make it more user-friendly.

Part of the problem is the that form is either deleting fields auto-filling, even those I've already filled.

It's a little too squirrelly for folks without intimate knowledge of how this form works.

I am not a teacher but my daughter is and I will share this with her.
