Today I observed and tagged 3 monarchs. Tag codes SCW 309 (female), SCW 310 (male), and SCW 311 (male). I have now tagged 12 of 17 seen since September 02. My average is 30 tagged out of 92 seen during same period (09/02-09/09) since 2010. Temperature was 74F., Wind SSE-8, and sunny. All netted on Goldenrod plants.
