Tagged 18 in an alfalfa field this morning, 26 from a group of trees that they were circling. They would try to roost singly or in pairs but then fly around some more. They were still unsettled at sundown. 50 is a conservative estimate. There were quite a few coming in from surrounding area. Great to see Monarch activity again!
