3 Adult male Ruby-throats,2 sub adult male Ruby throats, 3 female Ruby-throats,1 female black chin, 1 orangish hummingbird possible Anna's or Rufous. There have been a total to date passing thru of 18 altogether, They come in shifts and then leave when new ones come to take over.
This fall migration season we have more males overlaping female Ruby-throats. They all do not look thin or stressed as did last year 2012 summer drought time.
Photo is of the female black chin that reapears every fall for over three years now. sits in the same place and guards 'Wendys Wish' salvai.
