7:38 am in my front yard just as my husband was walking out to his car to go to work we saw the blur of a hummingbird feeding on Lady in Red Salvia next to the sidewalk. As it moved closer to the front door, it noticed him opening the door and it hesitated for a moment and then flew stright up over the house to the back yard It was a foggy morning, the lighting was not good & the bird too swift & far away to tell what gender it was.
