Female residents in the habitat, sightings took place within the hours of 2:30-3:30 PM, 90 degrees, winds approx 15 mph. Primarily in Black & Blue Salvia, and Salvia Van Hooten this afternoon. 6 of our girls played in the sprinkler. No males sighted this afternoon. Some of our resident girls have been performing the "Window Dance" which usually done with departure. It is always an honor to host their nesting sights, and share their presence and companionship in the habitats and gardens each spring and summer. Red flags are flying on high spots for those who need a bed and breakfast as they migrate South.
