Downtown crescent city at hwy 101 and 2nd street. I was parked in front of rural human services using the phone when I noticed one flying around a roadside tree with blooms. It flew north over my car then eastward towards elk river marsh. It was sunny and breezy. Lucky it escaped the highway traffic.
