After seeing daily hummingbird activity for most of August, a cold front with a north wind came thru and the hummers were gone. Today, however, I saw a hummer. Figure it must be a migrator and not a local bird. It fed a long time at the feeder, longer than the birds here in August fed. Hope he stays for a while!
