Monarch Larva Sighted

Date: 09/11/2013

Number: 45

I just found another 45 larva over the last few days. Today I found an egg on some ratty milkweed. Thankfully there's common milkweed at my Nature Center to feed them. My area has monarchs because I raised some from eggs in May/June and released here. Still seeing a male monarch patrolling and a possible female laying. Its peak migration for my region - hoping they start their journey south soon - milkweed is starting to yellow.
