Hummingbirds sighted today and past few days is limited to two individuals. One male, and one female hummingbird. The second male has not been present since sometime last week. I believe the male still present was the first to arrive in the spring of 2013, and has been guarding his feeder during the spring and summer of 2013. He seems to tolerate the female feeding from one of the other two feeders most of the time. Temperatures mid-fifties this afternoon. Expect low forties tonight.
