I saw only one adult at my milkweed patch in late May. I have been looking all summer for eggs and larva,as I usually raise 50-100 each year. I had a GREAT surprise this evening when I came home! I discovered a chrysalis attached to the stone near my front door! I AM TRULY AMAZED! I am hoping for this one to emerge healthy for the trip to Mexico.
