Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/22/2013

Number: 1

While deadheading the butterfly bush in the front of my house, I noticed a small hummer feeding on my salvia guaranitica. I have a patch about 10feet square. He fed heavily, but never went to my feeder.
This bird must be a migratory bird, since I haven't seen one in a couple of weeks. I figured I wouldn't be seeing any more hummers this season, so I was happy to see one so late in the season.
