An angel has landed. Yes, this is Winnipeg. A Monarch butterfly is in my yard and drinking in the nectar from my tall verbena flowers!!! What a beautiful sight to see on this 22 degrees Celsius sunny day of Fall. My first time ever seeing one this late. I hope it emerged from my milkweed in my yard as I have seen many caterpillars in the late summer and took many in. From the milkweed in my yard I raised 29 Monarchs inside my house this summer and let the last one go on Sept. 3. I hope this one and all the rest of them make it Mexico. Good Luck!!!
