Fifteen monarch butterflies loving the milkweed in my yard. Less than in past years, but twice the number of last week. So, I remain optimistic. I have 15-20 cats in protective netting,
12 pupating. Dozens, if not a few hundred eggs on the plants.
Two weeks ago we had 10 emerge. 8 males, 2 females, healthy and beautiful!
