This morning the contingent of monarchs in my backyard increased 6 to 15. Also, for the last couple of weeks there was only 1 egg that I could find on the milkweed. This evening when I checked there were 6 or more. I am also battling aphids and lady bug pupa, though; so it's just a wait and see if any will survive. Any hints on how to control the aphids and keep the blooms healthy will be appreciated.
