Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/26/2013

Number: 1

Part of my backyard habitat are a few blooming clumps of Jewelweed (also called Touch-me-not)a non-GMO plant. Guarding it is a loyal female Ruby-throated hummingbird who relishes the nectar from the beautiful flowers. She has been there for many days and this alone is reason to work hard on backyard habitat for wildlife.
