8:20 AM, 42.4 degrees, no breeze--1 female, performing the "Fall Window Dance" by the Cuphea near the dining room window. Last year we did not see any hummingbirds after September 26th. No major frost yet--so natural nectar is abundant--especially their beloved Black and Blue Salvia, and Nictonia. Our feeders will be maintained for the next two weeks.
