The monarchs were feeding on Buddleia bushes in a Butterfly Garden maintained by PA Power and Light Co. at its property near Lake Wallenpaupack. The sites lies on a traditional migration route. Starting at 2:30 p.m. I drove from site to site several times. It was a perfect day: mid-70's, bright, clear, mostly calm.
